You presented the data. It was solid.
The room nodded politely. And then... nothing changed. That's not a data problem. It's a story problem. Technical professionals are trained to let the numbers speak for themselves. But numbers don't move people. Story does. I watched a VP of Engineering present flawless metrics to her executive team for three quarters straight. Budgets stayed frozen. Headcount requests denied. Then she learned to wrap those same numbers in a narrative — and got approval in one meeting. In this interactive workshop, you'll learn a repeatable framework for building leadership narratives that turn scattered priorities into focused action.

What you'll walk away with:
→ The 3-act structure that makes technical content stick
→ Your own signature narrative — the story only you can tell
→ A 2-minute "activation story" you can use immediately

Whether you're navigating AI integration, sustainability mandates, or cross-functional alignment, you'll leave with the tools to translate technical truth into emotional resonance — without sacrificing an ounce of credibility.

You've got the credentials. The GPA. The internships. But when someone says "tell me about yourself," your mind goes blank. Or worse — you recite your resume. Your technical expertise opens doors. Your story is what makes people remember you walked through them. I've coached early-career professionals who had everything on paper but couldn't explain why they mattered. One student had three competing offers after we spent 45 minutes on her origin story. Another landed a role he was "underqualified" for because his narrative made the hiring manager say: "I need that energy on my team." In this hands-on session designed for students and young professionals, you'll build the story that sets you apart.

What you'll walk away with:
→ Your professional origin story — the one that makes people lean in
→ A 90-second elevator pitch that balances credibility with accessibility
→ Storytelling frameworks for interviews, presentations, and cross-functional teams
→ Live coaching and peer feedback to refine your delivery You'll leave activated — with a personal narrative you can use in your very next opportunity.

Participants will complete a brief "Leadership Story Audit" to identify their storytelling challenges. The first seven respondents will receive a personalized "Signature Story" analysis before arriving in Nancy.

Four participants, selected via survey, will receive a 30-minute coaching session to apply the framework to their specific leadership challenges.
